Learn about Black pit masters and barbecuers from author and food scholar Adrian Miller as he discusses his latest book, “Black Smoke: African Americans and the United States of Barbecue”. Whether you prefer Kansas City or North Carolina style, gather to hear this “smoke-filled story of Black perseverance, culinary innovation, and entrepreneurship.” A food truck will be on site at 5:30!
