You may know him as a Food Scholar, the BBQ Philosopher, but Adrian Miller uses Food for Thought on racial reconciliation as well. In addition to writing two authoritative titles in the world of food scholarship, Miller has appeared most recently on Netflix’s lauded 2021 series “High on the Hog” as well as consulting on “Chef’s Table. On June 24, Adrian joins BLC and demonstrates his ability to offer food for thought in honest conversations on racial reconciliation efforts. His White House experience with the President’s Initiative for One America is central to his insights on what makes racial reconciliation possible and sustainable.
