Early Buzz for “The President’s Kitchen Cabinet”!

Critical praise is already starting to roll in for my next book, The President’s Kitchen Cabinet: The Story of the African Americans Who Have Fed Our First Families from the Washingtons to the Obamas.

Kirkus Reviews describes it as: “For food history and presidential history buffs alike, both entertaining and illuminating.” (12/8/16)

Library Journal puts it on this list of “Never More Relevant: 50 Books for February, Black History and Beyond.” (12/21/16)

I’ll keep updating this post as further reviews come in. Of course, I’m only going to post the positive reviews!
